Carlisle SynTec, a leading provider of roofing system materials, has again awarded Bone Dry Roofing its “Perfection Award” for our exceptional roofing installation record. This is the second consecutive time Bone Dry Roofing has won the award, after being included in 2017.
The award recognizes roofing contractors that have an excellent warranty record. That means jobs done right the first time given extensive experience with and knowledge about modern roofing systems.
How are the results measured? According to Carlisle,
“Carlisle maintains detailed records of every Authorized Applicators’ warranty claims history. Each year, the Perfection Award will recognize those roofers whose exceptional installation quality results in a warranty claim performance that ranks in the top 5% of all US and Canadian applicators.”
To err is human, so to account for that reality, Bone Dry Roofing employees receive extensive training and ongoing education. We also implement multiple overlapping layers of professional review before, during, and after an installation process to make sure all the “moving parts” are installed correctly to avoid warranty claims that arise from issues down the line.
